The project aims to enrich the wardrobe of the Dance Ensemble "Pargavelche" by creating Thracian men's shirts for the dancers; to preserve and promote the intangible cultural heritage of folklore and attract new audiences; to present Bulgarian folklore dignifiedly on the international stage at the "Costa Brava" festival in Barcelona, Spain; and to engage young people in cultural activities for the long term.

The project is being implemented from July 25 to September 25, 2024, with the financial support of Shumen Municipality through the Municipal Fund for Culture. In the first phase of the project activities, 12 embroidered men's shirts from the Thracian folklore region were produced. During the second phase—from September 20 to September 25, 2024—these shirts were presented by the Ensemble at the international folklore festival "ALEGRIA DE DANZAR" in Barcelona, Spain, and at a concert for the Bulgarian diaspora in Lloret de Mar, Spain.

By enriching the ensemble's wardrobe and increasing the number of its performances and tours abroad, the dancers are motivated to stay with the Ensemble for a longer period. In this way, we engage young people in the field of culture for the long term and make their free time meaningful with useful activities. The enriched and diverse wardrobe made the performances even more vibrant, colorful, and interesting, and overall improved the visual representation of Bulgarian folk dance art.
